MANUEL ZAU POLO CONSOLIDATES GLOBAL EXPANSION FOLLOWING META SHIELD’S MULTIMILLION DOLLAR DEAL WITH BRITISH INVESTOR
In an increasingly competitive international landscape within the technology and investment sectors, Angolan entrepreneur Manuel Zau Polo has drawn significant attention following the sale of 50% of Meta Shield Information Technology to a British investor, in a transaction valued at US$500 million.
The deal marks a new chapter in the trajectory of the 31 year old businessman, currently based in Dubai, and reinforces the growing presence of African entrepreneurs within the global markets of technology, innovation and corporate expansion.
Holding degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Manuel built his career by operating across multiple strategic sectors. Today, he leads companies such as No Competition Real Estate, Universal Vision, Meta Shield Information Technology, African Corporation and MM Events, consolidating a business ecosystem focused on innovation, investment and international development.
The Meta Shield negotiation represents not only a major business achievement, but also the strengthening of a narrative built upon personal resilience. Before gaining international recognition, Manuel faced episodes of bullying during his childhood in Cabinda, Angola, due to his regional accent.
